Student Classes


Includes floor work, tumbling, and strengthening exercises. Students will progressively learn tricks.


Offering styles including Cecchetti, classical non-syllabus, lyrical (Must be of age 3+), and pointe (Must be 12 yrs. or permission of instructor).

*Competition: students must be currently enrolled in a ballet technique class.


Basic tricks including dance twirl and marching. Must be of age 5+.


Basic to advanced combinations that utilize leaps, turns, isolations, and floor work. Styles can include but are not limited to Fosse, Giordano, and Luigi techniques. Must be age 8+ and be enrolled in ballet technique.


Integrated modern/contemporary/ballet techniques. Floor work, improvisation, and center work. Will use head over heels movements and core strengthening exercises. Must be of age 8+ with a prerequisite and enrolled in ballet technique class and teacher approval.


Basic to advanced combinations, tricks, turns and includes theatrical tap styles. Must be of age 3+.

Hip Hop

Stylized dance with skill floor work and pop movement that incorporates Jazz Technique.

Adult Classes

Barre Fitness

Barre Fitness class with a certified instructor.

Most barre-based classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Also, don’t be surprised if your class incorporates light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for targeted core work.

Yoga centers on breathing, balance poses to focus on control and strengthening, stretch and flexibility with meditation.
